start up your PC in 10 seconds!

* Go to: Start Menu/Run.
* Type regedit, press enter. This will open Registry Editor.
* Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex
* Double click the key shown as 'Startup Delay'
* On its base click Decimal, the default value is 4800000
* Change this value to 4000
* Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer

Is anyone so gullible as to actually believe this?
This registry setting controls the delay from when the index service starts until actual scanning begins. Setting this to 4000 (4 seconds) will allow scanning to begin during bootup, thus SLOWING the process. Of course this will do nothing if indexing is disabled.

Publishing nonsense like this seriously undermines the credibility of anyone involved.
