1. click Start --> run (or win + r)
2. type in regedit and press enter
3. browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer
4. right click and create a new DWORD value: NoViewContextMenu
5. double-click NoViewContextMenu and set Value data to 1
6. Close registry editor and restart windows.
